I have never ordered such things before. I ordered 5 personalised lap trays last Friday afternoon - each with a complicated photomontage (example shown below) that I had prepared myself. I followed the on screen instructions without a problem. To my surprise (as I live in the north of Scotland), I received 4 of the trays on Saturday morning. Brilliant service. The other tray is arriving today to a business address in England. I would heartily recommend both the service and the quality of the trays.
